Chrysler 200 Tops List of Best Deals in November, According to TrueCar's "Steals on Wheels"

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Nov. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Chrysler 200, with a 23.0% savings off MSRP, currently tops the list of the best deals on new vehicles, according to TrueCar.com, an authority on new car pricing information, trends and forecasting. Published monthly, TrueCar's "Steals on Wheels" analyzes recent transaction prices and identifies opportunities for consumer savings.

Consumers can save an average of $5,412 off the simplified 2013 Chrysler 200 Sedan Touring (MSRP $23,560), which has a market average transaction price of $18,148. This model's 173-horsepower 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine is rated at 21 city MPG and 31 highway MPG, with a combined rating of 25.5 MPG.

The second highest savings at 16.4% is the 2013 Ford F-150 SuperCab 4X2 6-1/2' Box STX (MSRP $30,125). Consumers can save an average of $4,943 off MSRP for a market average transaction price of $25,182. This pickup gets 17 city MPG, 23 highway MPG and 19.8 combined MPG.

"Dealers are offering attractive incentives on pickups and SUVs as winter nears, and the sports and luxury manufacturers are looking to stay competitive as the demand for these vehicles starts to decline due to colder weather."
