CoHNA Congratulates Tulsi Gabbard on Her Historic Appointment as Director of National Intelligence

She has served in the Army National Guard for over two decades, including deployments to Iraq and Kuwait, where she was awarded the Combat Medical Badge in 2005 for her participation in combat operations. She has also been a passionate advocate for human rights and persecuted minorities.
