Comcast's Hank Fore, Regional SVP of California, Appointed to Board of Directors for Silicon Valley Leadership Group

SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Comcast California's Regional Senior Vice President, Hank Fore, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group.

Fore oversees all of Comcast's operations in Northern and Central California, serving more than 2.2 million customers and managing more than 5,500 employees. Under his leadership, Comcast California was named as one of the "Best Places to Work in the Bay Area" by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal.  Fore also led Comcast California to be recognized as the Comcast Region of the Year for 2013.

Fore brings wide-ranging expertise in business strategy and development, having successfully served as an executive in technology roles at Times Mirror, INS and Lucent Technologies before joining Comcast.
