Commonwealth Hotels Opens New Hyatt Place & Hyatt Summerfield Suites Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville

COVINGTON, Ky., May 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Commonwealth Hotels, LLC  and Hyatt Hotels & Resorts today announce the opening of the country's second joint Hyatt Place and Hyatt Summerfield Suites development in Warrenville, Ill. Hyatt Place and Hyatt Summerfield Suites, both of which feature 123 rooms, are the brands' first hotels in the country to feature enhanced design elements in the lobby area: a new e-room design at Hyatt Place and a redesigned open kitchen space at Hyatt Summerfield Suites.

The hotels, which are 31 miles from downtown Chicago, offer convenient access to Morton Arboretum, Cantigny Gardens and Museum, and the Naperville Riverwalk in downtown Naperville, which features numerous restaurants and shops. Hyatt Place also offers 1,188 square feet of meeting space while Hyatt Summerfield Suites offers 938 square feet of meeting space.

Both hotels were developed and are owned by a subsidiary of Corporex Companies, Inc.  Corporex is a master developer based in Covington, Ky. and does business nationally.
