Complia Health Partners with Kno2 to Enable Secure Electronic Patient Document Exchange with Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Providers

Complia Health will integrate Kno2's interoperability platform across many of their products (Suncoast, Procura and Continulink) to enable long-term and post-acute care providers to share patient data securely with acute care providers. By replacing paper faxes with secure patient document exchange, Complia Health's clients will be able to improve care coordination between settings to deliver better patient outcomes at a lower cost while supporting the shift to alternative payment models. The inclusion of Kno2 also ensures that providers who are participating in the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) program of the Medicare Access & CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA) automatically meet the 2015 Edition Health Information Technology Certification criteria.
