GAINESVILLE, Fla., June 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Starting this July, CPAmerica, Inc. will kick off their new business development cohort in partnership with The Rainmaker Companies, CPAmerica Growth Masters: Business Development for CPAs.

We are excited to announce the launch of CPAmerica's Growth Masters: Business Development for CPAs, aimed at preparing the next wave of firm leaders to thrive.

According to Bob Lewis, president of The Visionary Group, approximately 70 percent of businesses will be closing or selling soon with baby boomers exiting the workforce; additionally, roughly 75 percent of certified public accountants (CPAs) are set to retire in the next 15 years. Developed specifically for CPAs, the Growth Masters program provides foundational training to assist service providers at every stage of their professional development.

The exclusive Growth Masters program is limited to 24 participants and takes place over 18 months, with in-person and virtual sessions. This program is a perfect fit for experienced managers and partners looking to grow their business development skills, build their book of business and have a greater impact on the future of their firm. Participants will earn up to 56 CPE credits.

Through their trusted training and development programs, The Rainmaker Companies states a potential return on investment for program participants (from firms between $10-150 million) over the last four years: The average increase for the program participant at the end of year one is roughly $65,000-85,000; with an average increase for the same participant at the end of year two is roughly $80,000-110,000.
