Deadline Extension: Nominate Game-Changing Projects and Individuals for a Manufacturing Leadership 100 Award
Industry's premier awards program recognizes innovation and leadership in manufacturing worldwide
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Dec. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- New technologies, global economic uncertainties, industry convergence, and breakthrough best practices are transforming the manufacturing ecosystem at an accelerating rate, forcing manufacturers to continuously rethink how they can maximize the value they deliver to their customers. To recognize these innovative individuals and organizations, the Manufacturing Leadership Council has announced an extended deadline of Jan, 14, 2013, for manufacturers and their technology partners to submit Manufacturing Leadership 100 (ML100) Award nominations.
ML100 Award recipients are manufacturers that have harnessed these dramatic market changes to achieve growth and sustained competitive advantage. The Manufacturing Leadership Council encourages industry players to describe breakthrough projects and outstanding individual achievements in their nominations, which will then be reviewed and scored by a panel of expert judges. Recipients are recognized for best-practice achievements in operational excellence, innovation, game-changing technologies, sustainability, and other categories.

The ninth annual ML100 Awards honor companies and individuals that are shaping the future of global manufacturing. Recipients receive global recognition as world-class manufacturers, and are honored at a gala dinner and reception during the Manufacturing Leadership Summit, May 14 to15, 2013 at The Breakers in Palm Beach, FL.
Past ML100 honorees include Boeing, Coca-Cola, Ford, Chirch Global Manufacturing, VirTex Assembly Services, Steinwall Inc, General Motors, IBM, L'Oreal USA, Nalco, and Raytheon.
