Delta Showcases a Complete Line of Product Technology & Solutions for Packaging Machinery at Pack Expo 2015

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Delta Products Corporation, a Delta Group company headquartered in Fremont, CA, is showcasing a complete line of innovative industrial automation, power quality, and thermal management products and solutions that maximize efficiency and productivity for packaging machinery at Pack Expo. Delta is displaying its new large size DOP-W Series Human Machine Interface (HMI), and the TP04P Series Text Panel with built-in PLC, along with the new TDVST2-1 and TDP series 3-phase power quality filter series with Dual Stage. Delta is also showcasing its heavy-duty HEX080PD as part of its air-to-air heat exchanger line-up; offering 80 W/K cooling capacity with less power consumption than compressor-based systems. Industrial Automation Highlights

New industrial automation product technology with higher levels of built-in functionality will be on display to highlight controls and visualization suitable for stand-alone packaging machinery and smart production. These include: the DOP-W Series HMI's with larger 12.1" and 15" touch screens, 1GHz high-speed processors, and expanded Ethernet capabilities; the TP04P Series Text Panel with built-in PLC & I/O, 2 sets of 10kHz high speed pulse input and RS485 communication ports; the second generation Slim PLC DVP Series with faster processing speeds, logic & motion scalability, and I/O & Network expansion; the all new "PLC Starter Kit" which includes a complete package of software, Quick Start Guide, power supply, I/O simulator board, and interconnecting cables for Ethernet based DVP-SE Series PLC and DOP-B Series HMI; the ASDA-A2 Series AC Servo Drive with even more parameterized built-in Motion MACRO's to quickly solve common packaging applications. Additionally Delta has launched the new "CliQ M" featuring higher than 92% efficiency and Advanced Power Boost (APB). APB can detect a faulty current path and trip its circuit breaker within a multiple loads connection. The other connected loads can thus continue operation without interruption.

Power Quality Highlights

Delta is introducing its new 3-phase Power Quality Filter series with Dual Stage for higher performance in a lightweight design. The TDVST2-1 series is the most popular book shelf type 3-phase filter, now with better attenuation from 100kHz to 30MHz rated 7A to 180A at 480VAC. The TDP series is the latest lightweight version filter with chassis or DIN rail mounting specialized for cabinet panel mount solutions rated 4A to 30A at 520VAC.   

Thermal Management Highlights
