("Dominus") and affiliates have completed their investment in BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC ("BluSky"), which provides restoration, renovation, environmental and roofing services to all commercial and multifamily real estate classes across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Management will be reinvesting alongside Dominus in the transaction to continue to participate in the ongoing growth of BluSky.
