(NYSE: EDN) ("Edenor" or the "Company") announced that, on April 27, 2016, it filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015 (the "2015 Annual Report") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
