Media Industry Veteran Jim Dolan to Head Expansion for Geo-Targeted Advertising Firm

The new regional office will be headed by Jim Dolan, a multi-media strategist and manager who has led radio, digital and cable television sales operations in the Mid-Atlantic region for the past 30 years.
