In his new role, Todd will oversee the company's legal matters including buy-side, sell-side and corporate contracting, financings, M&A, intellectual property rights (IPR) and data privacy. Before joining Apptio, Todd was a Partner at Cairncross & Hempelmann where he led the Technology Transactions practice group and advised many Seattle-area startups and Fortune 500 clients.
