The Supreme Court recently issued a ruling in the King v. Burwell case upholding Premium Tax Credits, or subsidies, for health insurance provided under the federal marketplace. This ruling means that the Affordable Care Act is here to stay with the Pay or Play rules remaining unchanged and upcoming reporting deadlines intact. With the decision made, employers need to prepare for new forms of communication, interaction and processes involving three key stakeholders: employees, insurance exchanges and the IRS.

During this informative webinar, Kristin Lewis, senior director of Product Management for Equifax Workforce Solutions, will join Tom Dowling, partner at Stinson Leonard Street, LLP, to discuss the King v. Burwell decision, what it means to employers and how the future looks for the act. Lewis and Dowling will explain the implications of the ruling as well as what employers can do to help maintain compliance moving forward with regard to data management and IRS reporting. Attendees will learn more about the complex processes involved in ACA management and hear best practices around subsidy notifications and appeals as well as employee communication and education.

Attendees: HR professionals and business leaders interested in learning more about the impact of the King v. Burwell decision for employers are encouraged to attend this informative webinar.
