(Nasdaq: FTHM), a national, technology-driven real estate services platform, today announced the appointment of Monica Schroeder, an accomplished industry veteran, as President. Additionally, Penelope Vockel, previously Vice President for the Northeast and Midwest regions, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Schroeder graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
