PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 11, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Fiduciary Services Group (FSG) has announced its acquisition of Beacon Benefits, a well-regarded third-party administrator (TPA) based in Beverly, Massachusetts, known for its client-first approach and deep industry expertise.

This strategic move marks a significant step in FSG's ongoing expansion of its TPA business, reinforcing its commitment to delivering comprehensive, high-quality retirement services.

The acquisition supports FSG's strategy to expand its family of companies by acquiring recordkeepers and TPAs aligned with its mission. Beacon Benefits will be integrated into DWC, FSG's premier TPA platform, further strengthening its capabilities in plan administration and client service as well as adding a strong regional office in the Boston area.
