Fitness Guru Jeanette Jenkins Joins Non-Dance Workout "STRONG by Zumba(R)" As Official Master Trainer

"What attracted me to this program is the role music plays in the workout—tracks are reverse-engineered, meaning that routines are created first and then music producers score a soundtrack to it, so every movement is matched to a beat," said Jenkins. "I've been in the fitness industry for more than two decades and this is the first time I've seen a fitness program take this approach where music is the main motivator. As a Master Trainer, Jenkins will host training sessions throughout the U.S. for those wanting to become licensed in the program, including an official kick-off at the IDEA World Convention in Las Vegas on July 19th.
