'Frost the Trail' is a run aimed at raising funds for the aged destitute residing at the Bright Hill Evergreen Home. Frost the Trail Singapore Corporate Challenge 2012 had split runners into two categories – the 5 km team race as well as the 10 km individual race.
Frost the Trail 2012 collected over SG$100,000 and 100 per cent of the proceeds are donated to the adopted charity.
Seniors from Peace-Connect Senior Activity Centre showed their support of this corporate run with a Song and Dance performance. The dance movement of the energetic seniors impressed the crowd and inspired them to follow suit.
Manoj Menon, Partner and Managing Director for Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific said, "We are committed to 'Frost the Trail' as we believe it is a great avenue for us to collaborate with other corporate companies to help the less fortunate. Our beneficiary depends on public funds in order to operate and through our annual Frost the Trail Singapore Corporate Challenge run, we hope to raise funds for our adopted charity, as well as increase awareness about their needs so more corporations and individuals will get to know them and hopefully come forward to help so there is sustained aid for them."
