Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake Opens Hunt Valley Donation Center
BALTIMORE, Sept. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, the local non-profit that helps prepare people to secure and retain employment and build successful independent lives, announced today an attended donation center is now open in Hunt Valley, MD.
The newest donation center will be located at 98 Shawan Road in Hunt Valley, MD in the Light Rail Park and Ride lot. The drop-off location will be staffed from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Community residents are encouraged to donate gently used clothing and household items that are no longer of use, including books, toys, furniture, electronics, appliances, etc. For more information on the new location, call 410-837-1800.
