Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake to hold Grand Opening in Rosedale
GoodDeals is a new store concept for Goodwill
BALTIMORE, Jan. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, the local non-profit that helps prepare people to secure and retain employment and build successful independent lives, will hold a grand opening for its newest retail location, GoodDeals, on Wednesday, January 29th, 2014 in Rosedale, MD.
The new store is located at 6255 A Kenwood Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21237 and will be open Tuesday through Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. GoodDeals is Goodwill's newest retail concept that features fifty percent off regular retail prices on clothing and linens, the only items sold in the store.
To celebrate the opening, the new Goodwill store will have a ribbon cutting ceremony, a raffle and will feature the everyday great prices and selection customers are familiar with. During the Grand Opening on Wednesday, customers can also enter to win a Samsung 32" flat screen television or Kindle Fire.
The new location marks the 9th retail store Goodwill has in Baltimore County. The new GoodDeals store will create eight new jobs in the community. Area residents will also be able to donate unwanted clothing and household items at the Outlet location next door.
