The new collection includes:

• Ribbon Cake – Made with layers of Midnight Cookies & Cream and Vanilla Chocolate Chip ice creams, layered with cookie crunch, surrounded by rolled wafer cookies, and tied with a ribbon.
• Dulce De Leche Cake – Iconic Dulce De Leche ice cream layered with caramel and spiced cinnamon cookie crunch, topped with a caramel drizzle and even more crunchy cookie pieces.
• Coffee Crunch Cake – Smooth Coffee ice cream layered with shortbread cookie pieces and rich chocolate frosting, topped with cookie crunch and chocolate-covered espresso beans.
• Rose's Birthday Cake – Classic Vanilla and Chocolate ice creams layered with sprinkles and shortbread cookie pieces, covered in even more colorful sprinkles.
