Wednesday, November 14: 11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.:  Mike Cook, senior vice president of Hughes North America Division, will join a panel of industry leaders to discuss the markets, applications, challenges and the future of broadband satellites, including new generation Ka-band satellites, such as Hughes SPACEWAY^® 3 and the recently launched EchoStar XVII, with well over 100 Gbps capacity. Wednesday, November 14: 11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.:  Tony Bardo, assistant vice president of Government Markets, will participate on a panel exploring three aspects of the emergency preparedness challenge – the development of  rapidly deployable disaster recovery networks; an upgrade path to support medium and long-term development requirements; and closer co-ordination among decision-makers.

Thursday, November 15:  9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.:  Pradman Kaul, President of Hughes, will participate on a panel of industry leaders to discuss trends for the future of the satellite communications market.  He will discuss recent developments such as the HughesNet^® Gen4 high-speed Internet service for the consumer market, powered by the EchoStar XVII satellite with JUPITER^™ high-throughput technology, one of the highest throughput Ka-band satellites ever built.
