Leading SaaS provider recognized for Customer Service Excellence for the fourth consecutive year as demonstrated across events, training programs, and the iCARE™ Customer Support Site

MATAWAN, N.J., July 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition software solutions for growing businesses, proudly announced the company has earned a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Computer Services and Software category in The 13th Annual American Business Awards.  iCIMS earned recognition in the "Customer Service Department of the Year" category within the Computer Software industry.

A major driver of iCIMS' customer service success is attributed to iCIMS' iCARE™ Customer Support destination, an expansive customer education hub that gives customers the ability to register for user groups, attend educational webinars, access training materials and product release information, and explore new ways to leverage iCIMS technology to win the war for talent. Outside of the online environment, iCIMS also made enhancements that led to the award. In 2014 a Customer Experience Council (CEC) was created, led by iCIMS Chief Operating Officer and iCARE Ambassador Adam Feigenbaum. The CEC is a cross-departmental group of stakeholders focused on ensuring iCIMS' customer experience is second-to-none. Outside of the CEC all employees are encouraged to embrace iCIMS' focus on customers. Earlier this year all employees participated in a new training program titled, "I am the Customer Experience," developed to ensure all iCIMS employees are aligned on what defines a superb customer experience. The program drives home the fact that all employees impact the customer experience – regardless of their role in the organization.

iCIMS' exceptional customer service has translated into greater customer satisfaction and an increase in customer count. iCIMS welcomed 865 new customers in 2014, compared to 656 new customers in 2013. To support this growing number of customers, in 2014, iCIMS expanded its live training program, FastTrack, which provides a complimentary two-day training program to customers at iCIMS' Matawan, NJ headquarters.

"Delivering a best-in-class customer experience at every stage, from initial interaction to software implementation, to hiring growth and renewal, is our focus at iCIMS, and this award is a testament to our commitment to such," said Feigenbaum. "iCIMS continues to match the demands of the rapidly changing landscape that has become the a new era in recruitment. We strive to providing a single solution to help companies find, screen, and hire top talent – all while providing excellent customer service. We're very proud to receive the Stevie American Business Award in this category once again."

As companies focus more on talent acquisition as a business strategy, a specialized solution with a holistic customer experience is key. In 2015 alone, iCIMS has earned three customer service awards including its fourth consecutive appearance in HRO Today's Baker's Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings, a  Silver Stevie® Award, and now a Bronze Stevie® in the American Business Awards.

"Take the time to invest in your relationship with your vendor, and use any and all available resources. Our store users rely on us to be prepared to help them, and it would not be possible without the amazing customer service we receive from iCIMS," concluded Trista Mulvey, HR Projects Coordinator, The Bon Ton Stores, Inc.

The Stevie Awards for Customer Service Excellence are the world's top sales awards, business development awards, contact center awards, and customer service awards. More than 1,900 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year's competition, an increase of 27% over 2014.
