MATAWAN, N.J., Dec. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition software solutions for growing businesses, has announced a new 2014 event series, iCIMS Lunch & Learns. This series is the result of increased participation and engagement with current and prospective customers at its Human Resources (HR) Hero User Groups throughout the United States in 2013.

iCIMS Lunch & Learns, the company's newest event series, consists of intimate gatherings where recruitment and HR professionals can network, break bread, and learn more about trends in HR technology. Attendees will learn how recruitment is influenced by technologies such as video, mobile, and social media. Prior to the networking lunch, iCIMS representatives will be available to give live demonstrations of the iCIMS talent acquisition suite, a SaaS platform built to help clients attract and screen candidates more effectively.
The iCIMS Lunch & Learn sessions are a chance for HR professionals and local iCIMS clients to network and share experiences during an extended two-hour lunch at a premier restaurant. iCIMS clients in attendance will also have an opportunity to provide their perspective on implementing and using the tools available within the iCIMS Talent Platform as well as other industry solutions.
"This past year we found great success from our HR Hero Regional User Events, and in 2014, we want to offer an event series that is more intimate and tailored to specific market segments," said iCIMS Chief Marketing Officer, Susan Vitale. "Mid-market and enterprise companies experience recruiting challenges that are often unique from those faced in small business recruiting. We really want to take the time to listen to the HR professionals in these segments, discuss the challenges they are facing, and connect local employers with each other."
iCIMS currently supports more than a thousand medium and large companies on its Talent Platform, including Amerigroup Corporation, ACCO Brands, and Sirius XM Radio, Inc., all of which selected iCIMS suite of best-in-breed technology over monolithic enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
