Ida Byrd-Hill States, 'THE GREAT UPGRADE' Will End When Leaders Develop a Real DIVERSE LENS©

DETROIT, Dec. 9, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- There has been much discussion about 'The Great Resignation' in which employees are refusing to come back to work due to expanded unemployment benefits. "Thanks to the pandemic, these employees were forced to use technology to shepherd their children through a virtual schooling and now they want to use their new-found tech skills to work remotely, in less abusive jobs with greater compensation, especially since the new COVID-19 variants are accelerating. Sadly, digital jobs have been elusive to front-liners as corporations continually require a Bachelor's degree in computer science to access these jobs. Hence, front-liners are gravitating to companies who allow them to utilize alternative credentials, like cybersecurity/tech certifications.
