She holds a Doctorate in Organization Leadership from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, Malibu, California; a MBA, emphasis in Marketing, from Regis University in Denver, Colorado; and a BS in Marketing.

The Society of Women Engineers' WE18 conference will take place October 18-20, 2018 at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The theme of this year's conference is Let's Break Boundaries, focusing on women engineers in all stages of their careers breaking boundaries both personally and for women across the globe.
