JERUSALEM, April 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- IDenta Corp. (PINKSHEETS: IDTA) CEO Yaacov Shoham today issued the following statement concerning the retail marketing sector.
Mr. Shoham stated, "I have received in the past week three e-mails from representatives of Earthbound, regarding the retail market. Earthbound - www.earthboundllc.com is a huge American marketing company representing IDenta Corp. in the retail market. They have very close connections with the eight largest drugstore chains in the American market. Earthbound's business with the drugstore chains results in billions of dollars of sales each year. The name of the drugstore chain will be released as soon as we receive the formal permission from the drugstore chain. The drugstore chain is the largest chain in the states and probably in the world. The latest e-mails received from Earthbound show final approval of the business connection between IDenta Corp. and the drugstore chain through Earthbound.
The expected income for IDenta Corp. from the connection with the drugstore chain can total in several million dollars per year.
The sales with the drugstore chain will open a whole new area to introduce the drug detection kits to many other drugstore chains and to educational institutions and work places.

I had a good meeting at XXX today. |

The health care category manager said he is interested in purchasing products from us. |
|
He indicated that the quantity could be as high as 900-950 thousand units per year. |
|
He would like 1 unit per package in a box - not 2 units and no blister. |
|
He is interested in having 2 SKUs, the Marijuana only tester and the General tester. |
|
It seems they would be fine with having the IDenta brand on the product. |
|
He said the problem they ran into with the private label was that XXX decided that they will not place their brand on anything that has to do with drugs and testers. |
|
We NEED to get him pricing as soon as possible. He said that the products they currently sell that could be replaced by IDenta, costs XXX between 5.50 and 6.50 per unit. |

We should (and could) try to make a very attractive offer. |
|
The first delivery could come as soon as August, can we be ready for that if necessary? |
