Located in the Shelf Stable Tuna section in grocery stores nationwide, the 2.6 oz single serve StarKist Tuna Creations line retails for approximately $1.79 per pouch, and now features five exciting flavors:

Ranch (80 calories per pouch) brings a rich, classic flavor with a memorable creamy taste that will add a zesty kick to salads and sandwiches.
Lemon Pepper (80 calories per pouch) adds a tangy citrus punch to salads, pasta salads and tastes great on crackers as a snack.
Sweet & Spicy (90 calories per pouch) chopped spicy peppers and sweet onions plus a delicious Asian-style seasoning – it's sure to jazz up salads and rice dishes.

Ranch-ified Tuna Panini

Entire recipe: 270 calories, 10g fat, 780mg sodium, 26.5g carbs, 6.5g fiber, 3g sugars, 24g protein

Prep: 5 minutes

Cook: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1 pouch StarKist Ranch Tuna Creations®

2 tbsp. finely chopped carrots

One 100-calorie flat sandwich bun

5 spinach leaves

2 tbsp. reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese

2 tsp. light whipped butter or light buttery spread

Directions:

In a medium bowl, mix tuna with carrots.

Split bun into halves, and spread tuna mixture on the bottom half. Top with spinach, cheese, and the other bun half. Spread the top of the sandwich with 1 tsp. butter.

Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat. Place sandwich in the skillet, buttered side down. Spread the top of the sandwich with remaining 1 tsp. butter.

Cook until lightly browned, about 2 minutes per side, pressing down with a spatula to seal. Enjoy!
