ATLANTA, Sept. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (NYSE: IVR) declared a cash dividend of $0.65 per share for the third quarter of 2012. The dividend will be paid on October 29, 2012 to shareholders of record on September 24, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 20, 2012.
