Jackson Hewitt® Enhances Tax Preparer Training Curriculum with Addition of ExamMatrix Registered Tax Return Preparer Exam Review

PARSIPPANY, N.J., June 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. ("Jackson Hewitt"), the nation's second largest tax preparation firm, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Matrix Learning Inc. (dba ExamMatrix), which will make the ExamMatrix Registered Tax Return Preparer ("RTRP") Exam Review course available to the more than 25,000 Jackson Hewitt Tax Service® tax professionals nationwide.

The RTRP Exam is an Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") mandated exam that tax professionals are required to pass by December 31, 2013, unless they are already a Certified Public Accountant, IRS Enrolled Agent or attorney.
