Jay Rouse Joins ConstructConnect as EVP, Chief Revenue Officer to Accelerate Next Phase of Growth

Rouse joins ConstructConnect from Paycor, where across nearly three decades he rose from an implementation support role to Chief Revenue Officer, helped scale the business from $5 million to more than $700 million in revenue at sustained high double-digit annual growth, and played a key role in its IPO. As CRO, he owned sales, sales development, revenue operations, training and enablement, and client success partnership, driving net new and client revenue growth across multiple selling segments and leading an organization of more than 600. He also built a channel program that became a leading source of new bookings and set the cadence from acquisition through expansion and retention that made winning repeatable, grounded in trust and followership.

He has run a high-growth, high-retention software Go to Market organization inside a disciplined public-company parent after Paycor's $4 billion-plus acquisition by Paychex, while building AI fluency both internally and as a customer-facing capability.

A Miami University accounting graduate, Rouse has deep-rooted ties to Cincinnati, where he lives with his wife and three children. Known for spotting and developing talent, he takes pride in the leaders and network he has built.
