Jereh Apollo 4500 Turbine Frac Pumper Finishes Successful Field Operation in China

YANTAI, China, Feb. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Jereh Group (SZ002353) is pleased to announce that its Apollo 4500 Turbine Frac Pumper, which holds the world's largest output power up to 4500hhp, successfully finished its first operation for two wells from Feb. 5^th to 6^th, 2015 in North China. Jereh self-developed Apollo 4500 Turbine Frac Pumper can reach the total output power up to 4500hhp, which means only 8 sets can complete the work by 18 sets of 2000hhp frac pumper for large fracturing operation. Featured by its smaller footprint of 34 ft in length and lighter turbine of only 0.7 tons, Apollo enjoys more flexibility in transportation and is attractive for shale wells in remote area and rugged terrain. Moreover, it is applicable for multi-fuels including diesel, wellhead gas, LNG and bio-oil with engine of 30 years' service life to deliver best economic output for operators.  

The use of Jereh plunger pump (JR5000) at 5000hp is a key factor of fracturing equipment. Compared with the common 2250hp plunger pump in the market, it realizes the perfect match with the 5600hp turbine engine by solving three main tasks of high-speed & high-torque gear box, stepless control and noise reduction.

Jereh first launched Apollo 4500 Fract Pumper on March 21^st, 2014, whose debut made China the third country to manufacture turbine fracturing equipment, following the United States and Russia. It is also the key equipment of Jereh's "Small Well Site, Great Frac Job" solution, with features of 50% smaller footprint saving, 40% labor cost saving and 50% diesel fuel saving.
