John Mosunic Named Chief Financial Officer of FleetPride, Inc.

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Jan. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- FleetPride, Inc., the nation's largest independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, has appointed John Mosunic as Chief Financial Officer. Mosunic will report to the President and CEO, Woody M. McGee. Mosunic was most recently Executive Vice President, CFO and Treasurer for General Parts International, Inc. of Raleigh, NC.

Mosunic comes to FleetPride, Inc. after five years with General Parts International, Inc., the second largest wholesale supplier of automotive parts in North America, where he significantly decreased the cost of administration and dramatically improved the organization's working capital. Prior to that, Mosunic worked for WORLDPAC, Inc., a foreign auto parts importer and distributor. At WORLDPAC Mosunic held positions as President and CFO. During his five years at WORLDPAC, Mosunic actively drove the company through an aggressive expansion effort. Mosunic also brings experience in the semiconductor, accounting, and consulting industries.

Mosunic, a CPA, received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Sacramento and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Mary's College.
