With a single contiguous frame comprising a fixed lite on top and an offset operable vent or fixed lite underneath, the system delivers the look of a single-hung window with higher performance and easier operation.

This new product meets ultra-thermal needs with exceptional built-in thermal intelligence, achieving a U-factor of 0.35 in projecting configurations and 0.36 in its fixed configuration with standard 1" glass/COG 0.24. The innovative design of the latest OptiQ® window delivers a high-performing seal that improves energy efficiency, air quality and sound insulation. Providing ultimate flexibility for new-build and retrofit applications, Kawneer's OptiQ® Offset Fixed/Projected Series Window offers oversize capabilities up to 5' X 10' tall, ribbon window capabilities and beveled and non-beveled options.
