KeyBank Names ProfitStars Software Operations Strategic Partner of the Year
- Alogent team outperforms in multi-channel deposit automation delivery as bank's strongest vendor alliance -
MONETT, Mo., Aug. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: JKHY) is a leading provider of technology solutions and payment processing services primarily for the financial services industry. Its ProfitStars® division today announced its recognition as KeyBank's Software Operations Strategic Partner of the Year. KeyBank makes the annual award based on working relationships with vendors and vendors' overall performance.
ProfitStars was evaluated on criteria including vendor value adds such as responsiveness to KeyBank's needs outside of contractual obligations, initiative to modify/improve practices or products if necessary, and proactive exposure to "next generation" solutions. Cleveland-based KeyBank has $90.6 billion in assets as of June 30, 2013, with 1,076 branches located throughout 14 states.
KeyBank has deployed ProfitStars' Alogent® Front Counter™ teller image capture solution at every teller station in its 1,076 branches, and has rolled out Alogent Commercial Remote Deposit™ to more than 5,500 seats. KeyBank also markets Alogent Mobile Remote Deposit™ to its customers and has begun to introduce Alogent Image ATM™ to its 1,482 ATM network. All activity is fed through the Alogent Payments Gateway™, a single solution for processing both image and paper check transactions across all intra- and inter-bank points of presentment.
David Foss, president of ProfitStars, commented, "It is a special privilege to count KeyBank as a long-term, valued client and to be recognized by the bank as a valuable and responsive partner. Much of the credit for this relationship's success is due to KeyBank's own commitment to achieving continued efficiencies and aggressive growth strategies."
KeyBank has leveraged Alogent solutions for progressive, high-volume branch deposit automation technology for more than 10 years. Throughout the relationship, largely the same Alogent individuals – from sales to account management to support – have been its contacts. KeyBank attributes ProfitStars' ability to collaborate with them on creative solutions that drive the bank's initiatives to increase client value, control costs, and enable future growth as evidence for receiving this award.
