Kristina Harshany Promoted to Chief Marketing Officer of CenterSquare

In this expanded role, Ms. Harshany will continue to be responsible for the development and execution of CenterSquare's firmwide marketing, communications, and brand strategy, and will now also assume responsibility for investor relations initiatives across the firm's real assets platform.

Ms. Harshany also played an integral role in the branding of the firm's new headquarters, a move that was completed in July 2024.

Kristina Harshany Biography

Kristina Harshany is the Chief Marketing Officer at CenterSquare, responsible for the development and execution of CenterSquare's firmwide marketing, communications, and brand strategy and for leading CenterSquare's Investor Relations team. With 20 years of experience as a global marketing and business development leader in financial services and commercial real estate, Kristina most recently served as the Global Marketing Director of the Asset Management business for SEI Investments, and before SEI, was a Senior Vice President of the Financial Intermediaries Group of Citibank. Kristina has been selected as one of "Philly's Top Bankers" by SmartCEO Magazine and "40 Under 40" by the Philadelphia Business Journal. She is also a past president of the Board of Directors for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Philadelphia, by whom she was twice recognized as "Outstanding Member At Large." Kristina studied Communications at Pennsylvania State University and has achieved certificates from the Pragmatic Marketing Institute, the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and the Arts & Business Council for Greater Philadelphia.
