Bahash's keynote presentation is entitled "Trust me…" and highlights the need to build and protect brand reputation in today's market.  Building this trust is not simply a process of listing key attributes for your customers, it is an organizational and even industry-wide process of developing a culture of quality, performance, safety and service, and communicating those beliefs both internally and externally.
