Throughout the month, participants are encouraged to take the #NationalWellnessMonth Pledge, committing to simple, intentional acts of self-care—whether it's staying hydrated, moving daily, practicing mindfulness, or allowing space to rest and reset.

To mark the start of the month, Live Love Spa will host its signature, exclusive National Wellness Month Trends Event on August 4 & 5, 2025 from 9:00AM - 4:00PM at Hudson Loft in Downtown Los Angeles. This immersive, two-day celebration brings together top wellness brands, spas, industry experts, creators, and media to explore the future of self-care. Event highlights include experiential wellness activations such as trying out the trending new Hyperboot by Nike x Hyperice, as well as the "Rest Revolution" panel, exploring the hot topic of Sleep with notable experts from Equinox, Marriott, The Spa at Séc-he, and more. In celebration of National Wellness Month, Ritz-Carlton Spa Orlando, Grande Lakes is hosting their first-ever immersive Wellness Retreat from August 22nd - 24th, designed to provide a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, featuring personalized health consultations, inspiring guest speakers, interactive fitness activities, and indulgent spa services.
