COLUMBUS, Ohio, Jan. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Love is in the air, as will be the aroma of onion-grilled sliders, as White Castle converts its restaurants across the country into "Love Castles" for Valentine's Day 2013. Lovers, both young and young at heart, are invited to spend a special evening at White Castle where dinner will feature table-side service and themed decorations.
White Castle offers keepsake menus at most restaurants as part of its Valentine's Day festivities. Hours vary by location and reservations are required.
"We love to offer an opportunity to create memorable moments on Valentine's Day for our Cravers and the people who love them," said Jamie Richardson, vice president at White Castle. "Valentine's Day is a day to share your passions – for people and for food - and we can think of no better way to fulfill our Cravers insatiable appetites than to welcome them to our 'Love Castles.'"
As part of the festivities, White Castle will feature $10 Share-A-Meals meals, perfect for a romantic evening with a special someone or a loving family. Specially priced combos also will be a fantastic option for couples with different tastes who want to indulge their passions for the Crave.
Information on how to make a reservation and other event details are available at whitecastle.com.
Each reservation party receives a complimentary digital photo available through the White Castle website after the event. Photos from the dinners will be available on White Castle's Facebook page by March 1 and are searchable by region.
"Every year, our reservations fill up fast, so I advise Craver Nation to let us know as soon as possible if we'll be seeing them on Valentine's Day," Richardson said.
This year, Cravers can invite their Valentine's Day sweethearts to dinner through the new Slidergram app. The Facebook application will allow Cravers to customize a "CravEcard" to send as a love letter or an invitation to dine at White Castle. More details are available on White Castle's Facebook page.
