This award marks the second major honor for Mad Mobile's retail platform and Concierge solution in the last two months.
Books-A-Million is rolling out Concierge to all 250 of its stores nationwide, empowering its employees with an integrated mobile solution for store associates with key modules for Clienteling, Assisted Selling, and mPOS.
Through Concierge, Books-A-Million store associates have instant mobile access to both online book inventories as well as inventories available at other locations, improving the shopping experience for customers and boosting sales for its stores.

This is the second time since November that Concierge has received a national honor for its success in transforming brick-and-mortar retail. Previously, Concierge client Talbots, Inc. received a Gold Award in Mobile Strategies in Retail TouchPoints' Store Operations Superstar Awards competition.
