M/I Homes Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend on Preferred Shares
COLUMBUS, Ohio, Aug. 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- M/I Homes, Inc. (NYSE:MHO) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.609375 per share on its outstanding depositary shares (NYSE:MHO-PrA), each representing 1/1,000th of a Series A Preferred Share of M/I Homes (the "Depositary Shares"), for the third quarter of 2017. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2017 to holders of record of the Depositary Shares on September 1, 2017.
