Reporting directly to DANLAW's President, Tom Rzeznik, Bryer will support DANLAW's growth and expansion in insurance and fleet telematics, and drive DANLAW's strategic initiatives in its aftermarket and OEM telematics and connected vehicle program activities.
Prior to joining DANLAW, Bryer has been recognized as an innovator and a leader in the Insurance Telematics industry, where he gained recognition as a pioneer in Usage Based Insurance with the implementation of Allstate's DriveWise Telematics Insurance product. Bryer served for more than 15 years with the Allstate Insurance Company, where in addition to the DriveWise program, he is credited with driving and implementing critical IT systems strategies for Allstate's Financial business and Actuarial Data and Modeling groups, as well as managing Allstate's National "Green Product" initiatives aimed at driving Allstate's eco-friendly corporate initiatives.

Bryer has proudly served our nation with distinction in the US Army, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University. He went on to earn his Master's of Business Administration Degree from DePaul University.
