Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS) and Guaranteed Rate join residents in West Humboldt Park for beautification effort
CHICAGO, June 10, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Members of the community will join Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago (NHS) in welcoming Guaranteed Rate volunteers to West Humboldt Park for a neighborhood beautification effort on Saturday, June 12, beginning at 9:00 am.
Those present will participate in landscape work at the Ujima Community Garden located at 549 N. Central Park Avenue. (On the corner of Central Park Ave. and Ohio St.)
"The programs and services we offer meet a variety of needs for those living in this community," said NHS President and CEO Anthony E. Simpkins.
