Neighborly® Appoints Brent Korb as Chief Financial Officer

Korb brings more than 25 years of executive financial leadership across private equity-backed and publicly traded companies

IRVING, Texas, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Neighborly®, a family of global brands dedicated to delivering remarkable experiences for both consumers and franchise owners, today announced that Brent Korb has been named Chief Financial Officer, effective September 8. Korb will report to Mike Davis, Chief Executive Officer, and will be based at the company's Irving headquarters.

Korb has more than 25 years of executive financial leadership experience across private equity-backed and publicly traded companies. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and CFO of American Bath Group, a market-leading manufacturer of residential building products. Previously, he spent 16 years at Quanex Building Products, including 11 years as CFO of the NYSE-listed company.
