Neighborly® Launches The Neighborly® Project, A Home Improvement Initiative Honoring A Deserving Veteran In The Jacksonville Area

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., March 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Neighborly^®, a community platform of specialty home services franchises founded by the Dwyer Group^®, announced today the launch of The Neighborly^® Project, an initiative to honor a veteran with complimentary home repair services. The project will kick off in Jacksonville, Florida. Nominations will be accepted from March 1-31, 2018 at https://www.getneighborly.com/nominate/.

The Neighborly Project is open to the public, and nominees must meet the following criteria: a former enlisted serviceman or woman who was honorably discharged from service; preferably served in a deployed location; a homeowner, preferably living in an older home that could benefit from Neighborly's services; plans to live in the Jacksonville area for the foreseeable future; and be willing to participate in interviews and share his or her story with the community. The recipient will be selected in April with home repairs beginning shortly after.
