2          cans (15 ounces each) Great Northern or White Navy beans, drained
2          cans (6 ounces each) button mushrooms, drained
2          tablespoons garlic powder
2          tablespoons onion powder
1          teaspoon smoked paprika
1          teaspoon coriander
2          teaspoons sea salt
2          teaspoons lemon juice
2          teaspoons chopped rosemary
1/2       cup olive oil
2/3       cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

In food processor, blend beans, mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, coriander, sea salt, lemon juice, rosemary, olive oil and cheese 30 seconds, or until creamy. Serve with crackers.
