NEW YORK, March 6, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Newmark Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: NMRK) ("Newmark Group" or "the Company") today announced that it had extended its offer (the "Exchange Offer") to exchange up to $550 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 6.125% Senior Notes due 2023 (the "Old Notes") for an equivalent amount of its 6.125% Senior Notes due 2023 registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Exchange Notes"). $550 million in aggregate principal amount of the Old Notes were issued and sold by the Company in a private offering in November 2018.
The Exchange Offer, previously scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Tuesday, March 5, 2019, will now expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Monday, March 11, 2019, unless further extended. $549,920,000 in aggregate principal amount, or more than 99%, of the outstanding Old Notes were tendered in the Exchange Offer as of 5:00 p.m., March 5, 2019.
