("NexPoint") today issued the below statement regarding the preliminary voting results from TICC Capital Corp.'s (NASDAQ: TICC) ("TICC" or the "Company") Special Meeting of Stockholders that was held on December 22, 2015. At the meeting the proposed transaction with Benefit Street Partners ("BSP") was soundly defeated by the Company's stockholders.[1]
