SEATTLE, Aug. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Seattle-based Nordstrom, Inc. announced plans to open a Nordstrom Rack at The Orchard Town Center in Westminster, Colorado. The approximately 25,000-square-foot store is scheduled to open in spring 2019.
The Orchard is a 1.1 million-square-foot open-air retail and entertainment district conveniently located off I-25 in the northern Denver metro area owned and managed by Phoenix-based Vestar. Nordstrom Rack will join existing retailers such as Macy's, Super Target, AMC Theatres, H&M, REI and Old Navy at the shopping center, as well as many restaurants and specialty shops.

The new location at The Orchard will be the seventh Nordstrom Rack in Colorado. Nordstrom also serves customers at three full-line stores in the state, including one nearby at Cherry Creek in Denver. The company opened six Nordstrom Rack stores last spring, and this fall will open 11 Nordstrom Rack stores and relocate one.
