Ntiva Completes Strategic Acquisition of Network Alliance, Inc.

GREENWICH, Conn., Jan. 31, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Southfield Capital, a premier lower middle market private equity firm, announced today that Ntiva (the "Company"), a growing IT services company offering managed IT, cloud and cyber-security solutions, completed the acquisition of Network Alliance, Inc. ("NAI"), a managed service provider ("MSP") that provides customized IT solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

With this acquisition, Ntiva continues to expand and strengthen its client base, broaden its product and service portfolio, and augment its presence in the accounting and finance vertical.
