On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina Salutes Veterans With Donation And Free Entree

DALLAS, Nov. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- To pay tribute to the active service members and veterans who have given so much for our country, On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina is holding a National Give Back Event benefiting the brave men and women who have made so many sacrifices.

From open to close on Veteran's Day, Sunday, November 11, all guests who visit any participating On The Border restaurant can present the 'Sizzling Salute to Veterans' flyer, and On The Border will donate 15% of the total purchase to Carry The Load, a non-profit organization whose mission is to reinforce the meaning of Memorial Day across the United States while steering attention and resources towards existing non-profit organizations that support veterans, their families and veteran organizations. In addition, all active service members and veterans with military identification or proof of military service (i.e. Current military identification, DD form 214, veteran ID card) will receive a free entree certificate (up to $10 value) redeemable November 12 – 30, 2012 at any participating On The Border restaurant.
